  •          Be aware, alert and expect to receive a pass at any time.


  • “Train hard, play hard” – you need to be ready for anything, so train the way that you will play in your game.
  • If you are part of the line out make sure you know the calls.
  • “Spaces not faces” – in other words, look out for the gaps and avoid contact.
  • Play safe, always wear a gum guard.
  • Rugby rewards those who work hard on and off the pitch.
  • ‘Enjoy the ball’ – run with or try to follow the person with the ball.
  • Eat and drink correctly to fuel your body.


now that you understand the whole tips now lets go to the field and learn to play catch with your papa 🤗🤗🤭
